On a mission to become the leading Nordic HubSpot advisor.

Founded in 2020 by three HubSpot partner veterans, our mission is to become the go-to HubSpot partner within CRM, Sales, and Marketing Automation for growth-oriented companies in the Nordic region.

We know how to best use HubSpot to drive results, reduce friction, and save time. Hubex combines the experience of having built multiple successful inbound marketing agencies with working at companies such as HubSpot and Oracle.

Not another marketing agency.

We are a strategic and action-focused growth partner helping you with all things HubSpot and strategy, but do not offer content production services. Instead we work with your current content team. Looking for someone to help you with content production? We are happy to help you find the right content partner!

Andreas Kongstad

Co-founder & CEO

He has a background from HubSpot where he worked for over three years focusing on building the partner network in the Nordic and Benelux region. His most recent engagement was as Chief Revenue Officer and co-owner at the HubSpot platinum partner Techweb helping it more than doubling its annual revenue in two years. 


Christian Fredrik Stene

Co-founder & HubSpot-consultant

He was one of the driving forces behind the inbound marketing efforts at the HubSpot Platinum partner Techweb. His most recent engagements were as CMO and Head of Growth Driven Design. 





Tor Magnus Kolflaath

Co-founder & chairman

In addition, he's the founder and chairman of the HubSpot platinum partner Inbound Group AS. Previous to founding Inbound group in 2015, he was part in building the agency Idium AS, growing its headcount from 0 to 100 employees.
